Ideal for separating allergens or matching with a corporate colour this food grade storage tray comes with slots in the long sides, 4mm perforations in the base and a 20 Litre capacity.
If you are looking to defrost or cool small food products then this bakery tray is an ideal solution.
Often used for draining or washing small food ingredients our BT111C is extremely versatile alongside being extremely hygienic.
Manufactured from food approved virgin PP material our bakery tray range is a firm favourite amongst BRC and other industry body auditors.
The BT111C bakery tray or confectionery tray as it is sometimes known can be used in a wide range of industries including food processing, confectionery, bakeries, butchers, retail and distribution.
If you are looking for maximum airflow we also have our BT111D which offers larger perforations for faster defrosting or cooling.
With the additional printing option you can easily identify and seperate key ingredients, products or allergens to prevent any risk of cross contamination.
