Description
The largest of our bakery trays the BT311BH is perfect for the storage of larger ingredients such as pastries, cakes, dough for proofing, allergens.
With a total capacity of 50 litres it has an additional 20 litres than the BT211BH and is manufactured from food grade plastic PP material.
It’s unique base design allows it to stack securely with any of our plastic bakery tray range.
Also known as confectionery trays or bread baskets the BT311BH is extremely hygienic and easy to clean due to it’s smooth internal walls and base.
With it’s fully solid design (with the addition of handholes) it is also often combined with our perforated stacking tray range for drainage.
The BT311BH can also be used as a drip tray, perfect for fitting under conveyors to prevent hygiene risks such as food waste product sitting on the floor.
