Onit opening times?

As you would expect in the 21st century, you are able to place orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on our website. Our dedicated sales team are available via phone or email, Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 17:00

How do I place an order with Onit?

All of the products shown own our website are available to purchase online. Simply find what you want and choose your preferred payment method.  After which you will receive an emailed confirmation and we will let you know exactly when to expect your order to be delivered. Alternatively give us a call or send us an email and we can discuss your requirement and provide a proforma invoice.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay online with a credit or debit card using either pay pal or our secure checkout powered by Stripe.  Alternatively you can place your order without making immediate payment by choosing the “purchase order” option at checkout and entering a purchase order number or reference. On receipt of your order we will send you a proforma invoice which can be paid by bank transfer or your preferred payment method.  Please note we will not despatch your order until cleared payment is received.

What is the lead time on my order?

Lead time depends on a number of factors including the specific product ordered, colour and quantity. As a result ETA’s vary but is typically 10 working days or less.

What are the Delivery Costs?

Delivery is free on orders over £250.00 in value. For orders less than £250.00 (excluding VAT) a one off delivery charge of £20.00 will apply on most products.  Two exceptions, on Vikan production tools and milk crates a lower £12 delivery charge applies.  Whilst for pallet boxes and 4 wheeled, a £49 bulky item charge applies.  Please note a delivery surcharge may apply for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and offshore Islands.  If you are in any of these regions you are able to place the order with a purchase order reference only, we will then confirm shipping costs and send a proforma invoice to collect payment.

Do you offer discounts on bulk requirements or large orders?

Yes. Whilst the prices we list are competitive, on large requirements we can sometimes pass on economies of scale thanks to savings in production or shipping. Contact us to discuss your specific requirement.

What is the ONit minimum order?

At Onit direct there is no minimum order. We deal with small single shop bakeries up to multinational food groups. No order is too big or too small.

What is your return policy?

If you wish to return any items please get in touch for assistance. Notify us of damaged or incorrect deliveries on receipt for a quick resolution.
