Based on the 30”x18” sizing used historically within the Bakery industry our BT211BH plastic bakery tray is as popular now as it’s ever been.
With its solid sides and solid base the BT211BH is perfect for food storage or for proofing dough, baking or catering.
This bakery tray has 30 litres of storage capacity and a depth of 125mm.
Manufactured from food safe, food approved PP material it is available in 5 colours from stock (Red, Yellow, Natural, Blue and Green) with more colours available upon request.
With a high and low temperature rating with no risk of cracking it is ideal for freezing food product or going though commercial tray washers.
It complies with all food regulatory bodies meaning you can be audit ready at all times.
Often used within catering, restaurants, bakeries, butchers, food processing it can also be used for storage in a wide range of other sectors such as schools, universities, museums, retail and distribution.
All bakery trays are stackable and fit securely due to their unique base design.
If trays are to be used externally or should you need to identify specific allergens we offer a bespoke printing service, examples include company name, logo, allergens such as gluten, wheat, nuts, yeast, eggs, milk.
