Buy plastic dollies at low prices

Stacks of moulded tapered bins are handled securely using our plastic dollies. The plastic dolls are made of a long-lasting food-grade polyethene that is ideal for usage in industrial and high-care settings. They are also available for purchase at extremely low costs.

It may be made in a wide range of food-safe colours, including red, blue, green, natural/white, yellow, orange, purple, brown, black, pink, light green, and dark yellow, to assist with colour labelling.

Lightweight materials are used in its construction

It’s made of a lightweight polypropylene material that won’t rust or chip and is simple to keep clean. This poly furniture dolly has a steel reinforcement below the poly frame.

Steel reinforced high impact polypropylene structure is used to make this plastic dolly with rubber ends. The surface of a nonporous material does not split, crack, corrode, or become weak. The dolly’s rubber cushions keep it from sliding.

It’s composed of high-density HDPE, which means it’ll last a long time. The pallet is made from a single injection mould. Therefore, there is no need to assemble or weld it.

They are used for tapered moulded bins

These plastic dollies are intended to hold a variety of plastic tapered bins and tubs and are easy to handle and move. These plastic dollies are ideal for food processing and the fish frying, and chip shop industries. They provide a sanitary alternative for taking potato tubs and chip bins. The rotational moulding method is used to create the plastic dolly made from a single one-piece mould.

This slower moulding process assures that the plastic is exceedingly complex, nearly indestructible, and highly robust, able to resist repeated usage in harsh industrial conditions. The plastic dollies’ design contains several hygiene features. The smooth and seamless structure of the plastic dollies, which is free of cracks and dirt traps, is readily cleaned and requires little to no maintenance.

It has a load-bearing capacity

The current invention relates to dollies and pallets, specifically to dollies and pallets with an elastically suspended load-bearing surface that may convey and display products.

Transferring products on dollies or pallets from a warehouse or receiving station to a retail location and exhibiting the items while still loaded on the dollies or pallets is a developing trend in the retail industry. The work necessary in shifting items to display units and setting retail displays is considerably reduced as a result of this. As previously indicated, the current invention relates to both dollies and pallets, which are commonly made of moulded plastic materials.

When moving, the plastic dollies’ wheels have a high load-bearing capacity, and the dynamic load of the caster varies depending on the factory’s various test procedures. When moving, there is no sound, and the mute effect is practical.

What to Consider When Buying Plastic Dollies

Choosing the right plastic dolly for the correct application is crucial in ensuring you maximise the use of the dolly. When choosing among the various options we offer, you should consider the following factors:

Identify Your Needs

The first step to purchasing the right plastic dolly is determining the items you want to move. You should also consider the shape and weight of the items. These considerations will help you identify the dolly best suited for your applications. Our plastic dollies are ideal for rectangular items, such as bakery crates, which can be stacked on each other.

However, we also have some steel variations with higher weight limits that might be more suited for moving heavier items.

Your Warehouse

You will need to consider the dimensions of your warehouse and how it is organised. The manoeuvring of the dollies depends on the type of dollies you get. Some are easier to move around than others because of their size and the type of wheels they have.

If you’re considering adding dollies to your warehouse, you should also consider creating pathways free of obstruction that will make moving the dollies easier. You might also need to create more exits and entries to move in and out of the warehouse, but this depends on the type of items you handle and the number of dollies you want to purchase.

Conclusion

The plastic dollies are ideal for usage in food ingredient handling facilities such as bakeries, industrial kitchens, and food manufacturers. The plastic dollies are durable and dependable, made of food-grade polyethene plastic that has been certified for food contact. They may be used in conjunction with our tapered plastic bins to move large quantities of ingredients or vegetables around a busy production plant. These plastic dollies come in various colours, allowing you to match them to colour-coordinated tapering bins or integrate them into existing colour-coding systems.
