Economical rates

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority! Hence, we offer the best of products at the lowest rates possible. Starting at as low as £129.90, we have various options available to choose from.

Strong, Durable, and High Quality

All our Picking Trollies have been manufactured using tough steel. For instance, one of our trollies, the Nestable Roll Cage Split Door, has Robust Zinc plated steel. Our Nestable roll cages and Pallets have multiple steel nets joined together. They can also be folded down to save much more space if they are not filled fully.

Moreover, the designs have been put together so that they assure the trollies will provide many years of service to the customer. They are durable and long-lasting. Hence, the quality of our Picking Trollies is always guaranteed.

Different Shapes and Types

Onit strongly believes in Diversity. Therefore, our team have come up with multiple layouts of the Picking Trolleys that can assist you everywhere.

From 2 tiered trolleys to those with four layers, we have a wide range available. We also offer both compact and jumbo trollies. Whether open ones or those with pallets on the side, you can choose whatever suits you. Under the nestable pallet category, we offer three-sided and four-sided pallets. Some of these also benefit from a split door or a top lid that fully secures them.

With a size range this broad, you can find what you are looking for!

Added Features

All our Picking trollies come with interchangeable shelves that assist you in any relevant service. By default, they come with 3 U-shaped shelves. However, they can be purchased with C-shaped shelves as well.

When it comes to the load capacity, our Display and Retail Picking Trolley has a capacity of 500 kgs or 60 kg per shelf. Next, our Multi-level Picking trolley is one of the unique products we offer. It comes with a built-in bag hanger, scanner basket, and storage basket. The Nestable Roll Pallet Full Security is fully secured with a top lid.

All of our trollies come with in-built push and pull handles that ease the user’s movement. Brakes have also been incorporated into the design using swivel braked non-marking castors. All combined, these castor wheels enable effortless movement. Hence, a lot of force would not be required.

However, trays or boxes are not included in this purchase, but they can always be bought separately from our website.

Bulk Discounts

Onit Direct strongly believes in customer satisfaction; therefore, along with free delivery on orders above £175, we have come up with multiple discounts for orders placed in bulk.

Benefits of Picking Trolleys

Using picking trolleys presents numerous benefits to your operations and employees. Some of the benefits of using picking trolleys include:

Additional Protection

We have a robust range of picking trolley designs that can ensure the safe and efficient delivery of the items they carry. Our display and retail picking trolleys offer the best protection, with mesh sides preventing items from falling while transported around the warehouse.

Simple But Efficient Design

Each picking trolley has a simple design, which means there’s no learning curve for using the trolleys, even for workers on their first day. You can master using the trolley in no time, saving time and ensuring efficient systems that allow you to pick up multiple items in one trip.

They are Durable and Tough

Our picking trolleys are made from tough and durable materials and can carry substantial loads. The trolleys are also fitted with wheels, making it easy for one person to push the loads and manoeuvre the trolley within the warehouse.

How to Pick the Best Picking Trolley

We have an extensive selection of picking trolleys for various applications and warehouses handling different items. To choose the suitable picking trolley, you should consider the following factors:

Environmental Factors

Environmental factors refer to the state and condition of your warehouse. Some of the critical factors to consider when picking the trolley include:

Distance: How big is the warehouse, and how far do you expect the trolley to cover? If the distances are huge, you want trolleys with durable wheels and castors and, where possible, mechanical assistance to make pushing the trolley easier.
Floor Gradient: Is your warehouse floor flat or inclined? If the floor is inclined, consider purchasing a picking trolley with straps to secure the loads or mesh sides to prevent the trolley’s contents from falling. Additional features such as braked castors can also make the trolley easier and safer to use on an inclined floor.
Floor Surface: Picking trolleys are ideal for smooth floors without patches or ridges, preferably without stairs. This ensures the castors and trolleys last longer and operate more quietly.
Space Availability and Storage: We have different types of trolleys suited for the space available in their work environment. We have picking trolleys for narrow aisles making them easy to maneuver in areas with limited space. We also have options for warehouses with adequate space and requiring trolleys with higher capacity.

Task Factors

When choosing a picking trolley, you should also consider the nature of the application for which you intend to use the trolleys. Factors to consider here include:

Transferring of Loads: You should consider trolleys with collapsible mesh sides if you transfer loads into a vehicle. For outdoor applications, you should consider trolleys with suitable wheels and castors.
Moving and Stacking Items: Consider picking trolleys with braked castors to prevent moving when loading and unloading. You should also ensure the height of the load and the trolley don’t affect the worker’s field of vision.

Conclusion

From warehouses to factories or from retail to convenience stores, the majority of the businesses are dependent on Picking Trollies at some level, whether for transportation or display purposes. These businesses also include farmhouses, factories, and airports.

If you’re one such business owner, you would not want to miss out on this purchase. While the trollies are available at very reasonable rates already, you also get additional discounts if you purchase in bulk!
