Description
The BT311DH bakery tray is one of our best sellers due to it’s unique 18mm x 18mm perforations in the sides and base.
Offering full airflow it is perfect for cooling food ingredients such as pastries, savoury products, bakery products.
It is also often used for blast chilling and defrosting meat or poultry products.
The deepest tray in our range it can hold 50 litres and comes in a depth of 175mm.
The BT311DH food grade bakery tray or confectionery tray as it is sometimes known is stackable and can be combines with our DOLBT plastic dolly for easy movement.
Fully food compliant it is manufactured from food approved PP plastic material.
We are able to supply conformity certificates to support with any audits or regulatory organisations such as BRC or the Food Standards Agency.
Hygiene is at the forefront of our mind when designing any products and the BT311DH is no exception. Due to it’s tough design it can be used in high or low temperatures, ideal for commercial tray washers or for extended storage in freezers.
