Description
Designed for airflow our BT111A comes with 18mmx18mm perforations in the base and solid sides.
Available in Natural colour as standard (more colour’s available on larger volumes, please contact us for more information).
Printing is also available, ideal for branding with company name, logo or for identifying allergens.
Its hygienic design is a firm favourite amongst BRC auditors and food regulatory bodies. Manufactured from Food Grade virgin material it conforms to industry regulations enabling you to use in direct contact with food product.
The BT111A perforated base design is often used for drainage of ingredients in industries such as fish processing, meat processing and food manufacture.
Its perforated design is also ideal for use within the bakery industry allowing airflow to products such as pastries, cakes, savouries etc. for defrosting or cooling.
Due to the BT111A’s temperature rating it can be stored in the freezer without any risk of damage to the product.
It has a total capacity of 20 Litres and is manufacture from tough food grade H.D.P.E (High Density Polyethylene) material.
For ease of movement it can be paired with our DOLBT plastic wheeled dolly. Due to the BT111A’s design it can be stacked therefore allowing more product to be moved at once.
