Insert divider tubs are a simple yet highly effective way to maximise storage space and improve operational efficiencies. They help to ensure that all available space within totes and containers is utilised, wasted space caused by part filled containers is eliminated. These strong plastic insert tubs can split existing containers into multiple usable compartments, enabling the storage of multiple SKU’s, components, orders, widgets, you name it! Our insert divider tubs fit within Euro size containers, they are compatible with most types including Euro stacking boxes, tote boxes, automation containers and stack / nest containers. Designed for 600 x 400 containers, they will also slot into 400 x 300mm or 800 x 600mm footprints. Manufactured from rigid recycled plastic (PP), insert bins can easily added to existing containers providing up to 8 storage locations in a 600 x 400mm container. Insert tubs are a useful addition to many processes including picking, fulfilment, product distribution, kitting and line side storage.
