Our SP1210 is the UK’s only only PE foam filled Plastic Pallet Box.
The strongest insulated food grade Pallet Box on the market it has been proven to withstand the most harsh environments.
Most commonly used within the fish processing sector it is also widely used by Food Factories and environments where strength and longevity are a must.
This Insulated Saeplast Pallet Box has been shown to reduce breakages and protect vital products being stored.
With its completely smooth interior it is extremely hygienic and easy to clean with no hidden bacteria/dirt traps.
It carries the same footprint as most other Dolav and single walled pallet boxes whilst offering a much better return on investment.
PE Insulated Foam bonds to the outer wall to give the highest impact strength.
This Insulated Pallet Box can be stacked and is available in Red, Yellow, Sky Blue and White colours from stock, perfect for colour coding within Food Manufacturing.
With 605 Litres of bulk storage capacity this Saeplast box can also be used by battery recycling companies looking for a strong and rigid box.
Its one piece mould design has built in runners along the base ensuring transportation of the pallet boxes with a Fork lift truck can be done securely and safely.
