As you would expect in the 21st century, you are able to place orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on our website. Our dedicated sales team are available via phone or email, Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 17:00

How do I place an order with Onit?

All of the products shown own our website are available to purchase online. Simply find what you want, then make payment via our secure checkout or paypal.  After which you will receive an emailed receipt.  Alternatively give us a call or send us an email and we can arrange a quotation.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay online with a credit or debit card using either pay pal or our secure checkout.  Alternatively we can accept payment via  bank transfer, simply get in touch and we can send you an invoice.

What is the lead time on my order?

Lead time depends on a number of factors including the specific product ordered, colour and quantity. As a result ETA's vary but is typically 10 working days or less.

What are the Delivery Costs?

Delivery is free on orders over £250.00 in value.  For orders less than £250.00 in (excluding VAT) a one off delivery charge of £18.00 will apply for most items.  For lsrge pallet boxes and the 4 wheeled wheelie bins, carriage is £49.00.   Whilst for the Vikan range of production tools the charge is just £12.00.   Please note a surcharge may apply for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and offshore Islands.  Contact us for more details.

Do you offer discounts on bulk requirements or large orders?

Yes.  Whilst the prices we list are competitive, on large requirements we can sometimes pass on economies of scale thanks to savings in production or shipping.  Contact us to discuss your specific requirement.

What is the ONit minimum order?

At Onit direct there is no minimum order. We deal with small single shop bakeries up to multinational food groups.  No order is too big or too small.

What is your return policy?

If you wish to return any items please get in touch for assistance.  Notify us of damaged or incorrect deliveries on receipt for a quick resolution.
