Well what can we say, Dairy Tech 2025 is now over and what a fantastic exhibition it was this year.

Located in Stoneleigh Park, it was fantastic to meet so many different people from all ends of the dairy production process, from dairy farmers, cheese makers, food manufacturers to large scale dairy groups.

With many exhibitors showcasing the wide range of products used within dairy farming, it was fascinating to see a combination of both traditional and new innovative solutions.

Tradition is here to stay… Whilst modern automated methods have been introduced in some elements of the production process, traditional solutions are still very much here to stay.

Products such as traditional 1 pint milk crates are still widely used by dairies and many are seeing an upsurge in consumers wanting to return to daily doorstep milk deliveries.

The evolution of glass bottle designs.. mainly driven by imperial and metric changes has led to new introductions to the bottle crate range such as the 1 litre bottle crate. This is now commonly used by dairies and smaller independent kiosk outlets.

Dairy farmers are embracing the combination of new innovations such as milk vending machines along working in conjunction with the 1 litre bottle crates.

Those who attended Dairy Tech were treated to other new exciting product launches such as the pre-brush system, designed to improve hygiene and milking efficiency.

Other more familiar products… Along with our range of bottle crates, we were finally able to launch the latest addition to our dairy range, our heavy duty milk trolley. Often seen within supermarkets and convenience stores dairy cages are designed to transport milk poly bottles from dairies to the shop floor efficiently and safely.

It’s nestable design allows multiple dairy cages to be moved at once when empty, optimising vehicle efficiency and in turn reducing carbon footprint.

The all new dairy milk cage forms part of our larger range of roll cage solutions.

The rise in craft breweries… It’s not just dairies that are driving demand for bottle crates, the surge in craft ale popularity has seen a significant rise in the need for plastic bottle crates, in particular 275ml and 330ml sizes.

Product Identification…It wasn’t just bottle crates which became the stars of the show, our hygiene shadow boards also drew in the crowds, with some great suggestions to grow this from cleaning stations, to feeding or milking planning boards.

With the ability to be fully customisable, our shadow boards are a great tool for those looking to segregate products both safely and securely.

So what’s next… With A.I. becoming the central topic surrounding innovation, we’re excited to see what’s in store for the future within dairy farming.
